That is the kind of advice I come to the message board for. I will go over the numbers again and be up to par with them. I know this is a critical aspect of the visit. Staff has reviewed the proposal, but not the board. I will get right on that.
As for the tour, I hadn't thought of the length of this "trip around the county" as being a possible negative, just too long maybe... I will have to consult with the director on how to handle this. It really is her pride and joy that the organization has so many sites for varied activities, many of them are open to us to use from private sector, secured by her. This is one that will require lots of diplomacy.
Thank you for pointing out what should be obvious.
