Review your submitted project budget with care and pull your notes on how you did the math if there were any calculations you did to come up with the numbers you used. Usually there are questions involving budget line items unless you did a great Budget Narrative that explained every line clearly. Although you may want to have a timeline for the visit, be aware that the grantmaker may have their own agenda, and try to be flexible to accomodate their own questions and priorities.
