    Interesting discussion. I read an article today from the Stanford Social Innovation Review on the causes of burnout and how organizations can address root causes to help staff. The article is called Reversing Burnout: How You Can Rekindle Passion in Your Work" by Christina Machlach and Michael Leiter. I've attached the link.
