    I'm actually dealing with a similiar dilemma today and I'm probably going to just print VERY, VERY clearly.

    But you might be interested in some good software applications. I've used Omniform for a few years (until my scanner croaked recently) and it allows you to easily scan and modify forms. Plus it can do a word search.

    Also, you could use Adobe Acrobat, which is a bit like using a steamroller to kill a fly. But you can use Acrobat to make forms into pdfs and then fill out the forms. More expensive then Omniform the last time I looked.
