Sorry, on vacation. Yes it is for a public school district. All schools would benefit. And there had been no guiding principles in place before they asked for the money. There were no by-laws written. There were no specific goals in place, in line with the school system's strategic plan. That was one of the objections of a number of the public present for the presentation. also, even though it sounds as though this is legal, it seemed there was a rather large opportunity missed to involved the public in asking for help to set it up, and recieve seed money, by going straight to the school board. If the public does not participate, I can't see this going too far. Thank you for your input. Judy
