| grant awards

i need your coaching team! we are asking for foundation support for capital development, operational, and program costs in 2006 that probably will not be expended until the facility is completed in late 2007. even though some, most, or all grant awards will not be made until months down the road, how does one legitimize requesting these funds at this time. or do you apply now and give them a deadline date when the funds will be needed in 2007. if the request is approved, i assume they will not dispense the $$$ until the 2007 deadline date. please advise team! jack roche
