Tim - Have you thought of joining NAEIR (The National Association for the Exchange of Industrial Resources? They get donations of supplies and equipment from all types of companies and distributes these to non-profit organizations. There are some costs involved (membership, shipping, extra catalogs), but it could be well worth your while if you have extensive needs. Also check federal and state surplus property units, and several of the departments that donate used equipment, e.g., U.S. Department of Energy.
