I would like to know more details about the relationship of the school board and foundation board. It sounds like the foundation(2/3 school)
wants free money, from the school, like they are their fiscal agent? Is the legal structure sound in this request? Have I surmised the situation or not? The accounting part comes after, I believe.Gwen
