    If you are targeting a specific part of your city, I don't know that any list from any broker would be worth the cost. Say it would cost $100 for a list (that can't probably target your area, but the whole city) Could you partner with a local business that sees this age group and hand out information about your organization with a special request seeking volunteers? You may spend the same amount and find quality volunteers from the get go. Either way, new volunteers need some type of training for what you need them for. That narrows your search more. If you are looking for volunteers for many areas, all the better response. If you are looking for some specific talents they can contribute, say so.
    There are also websites that connect volunteers with nonprofits, didn't save that info but you can google for volunteers, too. Good luck, Gwen
