| No funds direct to homeless

I have spent the last 9 months homeless. I have also spent most of that time researching funds for the homeless. The reality is that the funds being passed out have gone to 501's.
When I have contacted teh 501's most cannot explain where the monies are going. Most have not heard about the grants available. Most have not heard of the following:10.405 Farm Labor Housing (LH) Loans and Grants
10.410 Very Low to Moderate Income Housing Loans
10.411 Rural Housing Site Loans and Self-Help Housing
Land Development
Loans
10.417 Very Low Income Housing Repair Loans and
Grants
10.420 Rural Self-Help Housing Technical Assistance
10.433 Rural Housing Preservation Grants
10.442 Housing Application Packaging Grants
When I has a homeless person have approached groups seeking these funds. I am quit literally turned away. So where is the funding going.
Why can I not get a 501 group to sponsor me and help me to gain housing.
I would imagine that those running these 501's have their own homes. In well to do neighborhoods. Kids in private schools.
I can tell you the millions set aside by HUD has not made it to the streets. When I contacted HUD via EMAIL. I received no response. Imagine.
