Tony- Thanks so much for your response...I am really glad you mentioned going above the program officers head, because I believe we did just that yesterday when our board member called his contact who is a trustee of the foundation. Hopefully there is enough time to repair any damage that has been done...and it's certainly a good lesson for next time! Thanks for your advice-
