Thanks, I knew that the financials would need to be not only realistic, but the projected income from a portable rock climbing wall (their main source of sustained income) is a lot of speculation. I wish they had a longer track record of income with it for a better projection. I think they can bring in alot more with it than they do. Would you lean towards something in between or go with what the Director thinks is probable? Since the Program Director is the one who will really sell this proposal, I want her to be confident that she knows this area when they have a site visit, or should I be there to assist with that area? How much do your clients depend on you to assist with details in the review process or is it up to them once the grant is submitted? Thanks for any advice in this!
