I am glad that my post could bring you even a little bit of comfort. While I understand the pain you are feeling because of having to say goodbye to Rocky and letting him go, I know that Roxy's situation was much more of a shock to you guys that left you unprepared for her loss and has also left you feeling completely lost and empty without her around. I read your post to Laurien and trust me, Roxy can definitely hear your words when you speak to her and she knows how much you guys loved her. She misses you guys just as much! Talk to her as much as you want to (I still talk to Rocky as if he were here!)... Roxy was so lucky to have such a great mom and she is thankful that you were able to be so selfless in the end.
