I just found out yesterday that our precious kitten of 14 years has malignant malinoma and does not have long to live.
We are feeling devastated and don't know what to do,except make her comfortable for now. I can't seem to stop crying, isn't that stupid to feel this way for a pet?
What is going to happen when the time comes? How will we handle it?
I would like to take her body home and bury it next to her favorite spot under the maple tree. Will they allow me to do that?
When will I know it's the time? I know that you cannot answer that, but these are the thoughts going through my mind.
Boy is this tough.
