What a terrible, terrible tragedy. My heart goes out to you in your pain. I can hear in your words how frustrated, angry and sad you are.
There are lots of different avenues of support, good for you for reaching out.
Please check for details on the main page here, there is information posted regarding meetings (there is a meeting this coming Saturday, the 23rd) and phone numbers to contact as well.
