Posted by Carol I just want you to know that here you are not alone, I cried for about two months after, however, not with the same intensity as the first two weeks. I truly believe that sunrise was a way of your sweet lab saying hello (not goodbye). I held my 12 yo dalamatian Pepper in January till he drew his last breath and went to heaven/rainbow bridge and I believe like you he is healthy happy and waiting for me. I know have a new puppy "Guinness" whom I got from a rescue and every now and again I give him a hug and I know Pepper is right there too, I can feel him, so you sweety is always there.
