My heart goes out to you on the loss of your beloved Dallas. She sounds like she was such a special girl and that the two of you shared such a wonderful love!
It's never easy when we have to make that final decision for our special furangels but it sounds like you did the most loving and unselfish thing any pet owner can do. I'm sure that Dallas knows this and knows how very much you love and miss her.
I know this isn't alot of comfort right now, John, but she will always be with you, in your heart, and in spirit, and I hope that you will find comfort in your wonderful memories.
Please let us know if you need help finding pet loss support in your area, or, if you are in the GTA we will be having our next meeting this Saturday, May 27 and you are most welcome to attend.
If you feel like you just want to talk more about your Dallas, please don't hesitate to email me or post more memories here.
