The train still goes to Crivitz about three times a week. Sometimes the Channing crew goes all the way to Crivitz, sometimes the Crivitz crew comes to Channing and sometimes they meet in Pembine. Schnieder Iron and Metal in Kingsford has been receiving scrap inbound. No cars have been interchanged with the CN in Iron Mountain or Quinnesec for quite some time. In fact the track between Quinnesec and Iron Mountain is out of service.
The Channing crew does occasionally turn at Pembine to take down empties and pick up pulpwood. Right now there is pulpwood coming out of Soo, Ontario for LP at Sagola.
