From what I see on Google Maps, this looks correct. On the Google Maps view of the area one of the units is under the loading/unloading area and mostly obscured from view. The second unit is on the line north of Port Inland and sure appears, based on roof detail to be an SD-20. It is pulling 21 of the open top low side cars back toward the port (or pushing them backwards away as they appear empty).
On the Google Map view there are two covered hoppers on the west wye tracks and two on the east wye tracks.
Interestingly enough, when we get north to the west pit area, the boxcar which appears behind the locomotives in several early pictures of #83, appears stashed on a short spur.
In the east pit area we witness two locomotives, one that appears to be an Sd20, and the second which is partially tarped with a hood on the ground that also appears to be an SD20.
The info I can find only lists 2 SD20's from CIM as going to the operation. One of the 4 SD20's is working on the Indiana Southern.
Apparently the switching /port operations for Port Inland are run by the Genesee and Wyoming. When CN took over the WC they had no desire to operate the industrial trackage so that was why the SDL39's which worked Port Inland became expendable.
