Interesting. Thanks. I'd never heard of New Page before, but a Google search reveals that it's a spinoff from the Mead + Westvaco combination a few years back, and does have a mill in Wisc. Rapids. Google also tells me that CTRR is Cloquet Terminal, sucessor to the old Duluth and Northeastern RR. Serves a Sappi mill, another new name. Seems to be the latest rebranding of S.D. Warren, another old name in the paper business.
Getting to Cloquet and Rapids must be on the CN out of Neenah?
