ELS hauling corn

In response to the previous post about lack of activity, I caught an Upper Michigan Railroad working in Wisconsin. Yesterday the E&LS brought 39 cars to Green Bay behind the ex-BNSF SD40-2. They came in with 15 loads of OSB from LP in Sagola, an mt tank from LP, an mt LPG from Crivitz, 3 Canned Vegetable loads from Oconto Falls and the rest pulpwood loads. The CN had quite a few cars for them, mostly cars for storage along with a few rack flats and empty box cars. They also had corn empties for OF. They left all of their northbound train (except the corn empties) at Lineville Road in Howard. Then they headed for OF. On a hunch this morning I took a drive north and got lucky. Caught the ex-BNSF 1338 with 15 corn loads southbound near Stiles, WI. Tried out a new spot that needed early morning sun and this is what I came up with: http://www.flickr.com/photos/frvr11/8252107723/in/photostream
