This is something that drives every trainman nuts. The company can't or won't repair a section of track. Almost always because of an understaffed and overworked section crew or some dispute over who is responsible for that section. They refuse to stop sending trains and crews over it because the can't loose the income. I've derailed at 5 mph on a track with slow orders on it and it's just as scary and dangerous. I hope the Economist who came up with the theory of doing more production with less employees rots in hell along with the company executives that put it into practice.
