Notice the springs next to the 600 on the ground? Look like frome a freight car truck? And all the tractor tracks there- maybe they lifter a car (or the 600) to change out springs? Strange that this would be done on this line unless the car could not move until springs replaced? Also the track looks pretty good on this line (in other photos here)- wonder who maintains the line?
