I believe Pluto is the railroad name for Winthrop Jct where Vreeland interhanges with CN. FWIW, there is no passing siding at Winthrop Jct. Cars are exchanged with CN from a stub ended siding. In fact, I don'y know if there's a passing siding on Vreeland Rail
