New paint scheme for LS&I ore cars?

Here's a shot of LS&I ore car #6504 resting in the yard at Eagle Mills on October 5, 2009. This new paint scheme looks like it's being applied to the LS&I ballast cars. It reminds me of the red and yellow paint scheme used on the alligators and a few of the GE's.
