Someone on another board is reporting that today's Daily Mining Gazette from Houghton carries a "pre-legal notice" of the E&LS requesting abandonment of their line from Ontonagon south to either Mass City of Sidnaw. I've searched their website but it doesn't seem to include such notices. Certainly not good news.
