E&LS and LS&I question

Dose anyone happen to know what AAR channels the ELS and LSI are using. I am hoping to be up in the Iron Mountain and Marquette areas next week and would like to be able to do a little railfaning while I’m there. Also if any of you "regulars" from up that way going to be around wouldn't mind some company to go fanning with.
