The WIFE gets to go up that way semi monthly! I have to stay home and work and baby sit the puddy tat.
She has a regular sales route throughout Michigan and gets to visit all the cool railroad places I wanted to visit and she doesn't really give a heck if a lot a hoot about it. She does let me ride along occasionaly though. Was up that way last Thanksgiving and watched CN in and around Baraga and L'Anse on the way to Houghton.
Very NICE country! Has to rather a bit of a cultural shock between Iron Mountain and Deetroit eh MOW Paul!!!!
