Dear Matthew:
I would say that the Walthers model closest to the 5100 series flats is #40058. The bulkheads are lighter than the rest of the car, but it's hard to tell because the cars are so dirty and the ends are weathered to black. The 5200 series cars with racks have light green bulkheads and a lighter colored side sill than the 5100 cars. All that I remember have green patches under the reporting marks. If you need any more photos of details of the cars let me know I have some shots of the lettering on the cars. You previously said that you didn't know what to use for the 5200 rack flats. They are the same cars as the 617xx series, they were 80' IC bulk flats originally. You would have to kitbash them.
