Many thanks Greg. Would you mind sharing the story behind 101635, 101860 and 201750 getting full heralds if there is a story?
Your message has put an end to years of speculation by several railfans. Would you happen to know what year the 9000-9049 series cars were returned to SSI Rail? I have seen photos of them deffinately as late as 1984 (they were built in early 1977) and maybe as late as September 1987.

PS I think the highest number I have seen in person on the 51xx cars was 5112, while the highest 52xx car I saw was 5211. I might have seen some higher numbers parked in the Channing yard, but I forgot to take notes and did not want to trespass and hike through tall weeds.
