Dear Greg Bunce and others,
I am trying to compile a complete E&LS freight car roster. While the E&LS cars with ELS reporting marks, I can not find much on the cars bearing KWT, WREX/Franks Logging, MSDR, and a few others that say, "Return to ELS FREIGHT AGENT CHANNING, MI" next to the door. Any help on what roadnumber ranges are in use on the E&LS would be greatly appreciated. According to the E&LS web site, the E&LS operates a total of 781 boxcars. Roughly 300 of these should be the ex-NSL Pullman-Standard 5277 CUFT cars.
