Nothing at wood yard just west of Seney, has'nt been all year. Plenty of fresh product at a mill at Shingleton, but no cars on siding.Timber Products spur looks used. Neenah Paper shuttered for holiday. no cars outside.
No transload cars at Euclid yard. Plenty of stored covered hoppers, however. July 5, nocars evident in and around Newberry, except maybe at LP.
Baraga Train still works westbound Mon thru Friday, Through Champion mid morning, back late afternoon. Thu July 9, The westbound tied up for the night at 7:oop at Van Riper State Park(mp 187)At least a half dozen cars a day, mostly log cars.
Fri July 10, Gulliver wood yard busy, nothing on interchange at Manistique. Ballast regulator wb at mp. 363(St.Jacques). Two cars at Ensign wood yard.At Gladstone, 2641 by diesel house and WC 1569 in CN paint, working yard.
Rail gang working at mp 180 near Perkins on Ore sub.
Sun. July 12, Neenah Paper at Munising, atleast one boxcar inside. Two Besse cars at Newberry Lumber Co. and two WC wood cars at end of industrial park spur.
At Trout lake was 9450 and 5352.
