According to the book "Sail & Trail" there was four depots at Traverse City. The GR&I and the M&NE on the north side, the Chicago & West Michigan (later part of the PM) on the west side and the Pere Marquette (the one that stands today) on the east side, built in 1926. After the PM took over the M&NE both used the new PM depot.
Here is a map of TC in the early 1900's, I have put labels on it. TN
