To clarify on Eric's response... The Line to Oconto Falls is just a four mile branch off of the ELS west from Stiles Jct. Wherever the tank car is going it didn't go through the Falls.
Don, the default answer has to be the L-P mill at Sagola. I had thought that stuff went to Ontonagon but have been seeing them since the mill shut down so that can't be the answer.
