Empire Jct. is the best location for action, since the CN ore trains pass through on their way to Empire mine in addition to the LS&I trains. Palmer line Jct. is at the north end of the Empire Jct. wye and sees LS&I and any CN trains going to Eagle Mills.
Movements on the line from Eagle Mills to the mines are not very easy to chase because the track follows shorter distances than the roads. It's better to set up in one spot and wait.
You can shoot a Hill job leaving Eagle Mills for Marquette, then easily get ahead of it because the trains must go 5 mph over the car scale at Morgan Heights.
