Q. Where is this turn based, and what do they do exactly? Is it just some sort of yard transfer between the SOO and AC yards in Sault Ste. Marie?
A. My impression is the engine was left on the American side while the rest of the train was taken to the Canadian side. But CN has Steelton yard on the Canadian side so I don't know why they wouldn't just take the whole train over there... Maybe I'm reading it wrong.
