Per Mr. Tabone who was just up there and talked to some people at the LS&I
" 3 Crews running each day right now. Just the yard at Weigher currently. CN is only pulling about 45 all rails for Alogoma compared to the usual 70 cars. If you go up to Eagle Mills you will notice that the LS&I cars from SORE-1 are all in the new yard by the old LIRR cars. CN was running SORE-1, 2, 3 and he spotted a SORE-4. Most trains were 70-80 cars typical. the Local is now combined from L539/L540. They claim it will be a few years until the mines pick back up again."
He also posted a few photos and reports that the jobs are using the EMDs for the most part. 3051 was on the 3-yard one day. The Hill is now track warrant so all of the signals are turned away from the track.
