Just got a call from my sister in Quinisec and there was 3 people shot and killed at the ELS railroad bridge between Kingsford and Aurora WI. She and the family were in the boat when they heard what they thought was fireworks and then about 30 min latter when they went up river past he bridge police stopped them and asked to use there boat to transport a victim to the ambulance.
