In Escanaba, the other day I started to see SSAM and WC coal hoppers at the yard with the scale by Mead, then they were moving down towards the car shops by the Fairgrounds. Now, today, there are a bunch of the WC hoppers that used to be used at Kremlin for granules at the yard by Mead. Anyone know what is going on with that? Seems odd, and for the ore hoppers, I was sure that the move was only for last Fall out of Groveland.
