Regarding two groups of log cars on each LSRS train

Noticed the last few trains that LSRS brought south through Bay City with logs on mixed freights there were usually three or four cars separate that were loaded with different length utility poles. Sometimes treated and sometimes oiled with creosote. This may explain the appearence of larger numbers of empties returning north.
Interesting to find out if these come from same place as logs or yet other rail customers in the north area.
LSRS has become extremely active on weekdays with trains north and returns. Watching to see how crazy it goes when the river freezes and the bridge does not have to be turned. Suspecting it will get hyper busy.
