So it's not any hazmat materials, just PIH. I think you know the original deadline wasn't met and extensions were allowed.
So if you see a placard bearing the skull and crossbones(symbol for PIH) on a Class 1 mainline, then that line should be on the list to have PTC installed.
The Holly sub from Detroit to Pontiac will have to get it because of Amtrak.
