How does a train crew know if their train is too long for a siding when a dispatcher directs them into a siding to yield right away to a longer train opposing them?
How does a dispatcher know which train to put into a siding when two opposing trains need to avoid a meet?
How do you deal with two opposing oversized trains when there is no place to put one of them to clear a path to move one of them forward?
I ask you because you have a career lifetime of experience as a conductor for CN.
