Don't see CN getting LSRR interchange. Longway yard, if you want to call it that, isn't big enough to hold it. Also, 2 of the present 4 tracks are in rough shape, the other one O/S. Also, no easy way to send traffic west into Torry yard and beyond, as the old east to west wye at Center Road was removed many years ago. Also, most of the PTC on CN trackage is installed, and nearly complete. CN isn't going to re-install the old wye. Westward bound traffic would need be sent all the way to P. Huron, sorted, and returned west. Ain't happening. What CSX does with the Plynmouth sub could be just about anything. That much, I agree. But, as I stated before, I see LSRR going to Plymouth. They will need it to get their trains out of Michigan. They will not send it to HESR at Saginaw. Short Line needing another shortline? Not happening.Bet on that.
