The loco came in on a flat, and of course, we were real interested in how they were going to unload it. We found out a few days later.

Something else I just found out recently, even though it's much in evidence here. British locomotives never had headlights until just recently. As a locomotive engineer by trade, I cannot envision hurtling through the country side at night with no lights. Must be an English thing...
