While it was crossing Prior Road, it was obviously slowing down, and it eventually came to a complete stop just south of Durand. I went to investigate, and it turned out there were two other freights parked similarly with headlights completely off around the town. There was a westbound on the east side, and an eastbound/southbound 280 on the west side of town. Turns out they were waiting for Amtrak, who snuck by me while I was away from the Flint Sub briefly, and after it left the station, Q119 was the first of the 3 freights to leave the area. Immediately after, the westbound got ready to go, and I filmed the head end of it proceeding past the Union Depot:
After that, I had to leave, but I did notice that 280 had been lined up to go south down the Holly. Reading other updates, it met 391 over by Pontiac, and it had Q116 not too far behind, who 391 also had to wait for.
