Well, that certainly would not surprise me. Port Huron is an outpost on CSX for sure, but I think they just see it as additional traffic to the highly lucrative Sarnia chemical traffic. If we were just talking about the St. Clair line, I could see them dumping it onto CN or perhaps a short line operator, but as long as Sarnia keeps providing traffic - they'll just tack it onto that. What I do see as a better possibility is CSX obtaining "haulage" rights as opposed to the current "trackage" rights agreement with CN - and therein lies the MTC sub part of the equation. CSX keeps the business, but does not have to run the trains. Looking back, that has EHH written all over it...
