Yes, that's Grand Elk RR crossing Clyde Park Avenue, looking north toward Grand Rapids, in Byron Center, Byron Center Public Schools district, Kent County. Final run of the remaining Pennsylvania RR passenger train between Fort Wayne, IN and Mackinaw City, through Byron Center, was made, northbound on September 1, 1961 and southbound on September 5, 1961. The passenger train ran northbound on Fridays only and southbound on Sundays/early Morning mornings during the summer months only.
