I am sorry that my post evolved into the "more trains" issue. This was not my intent, and actually if you look at my post, I was simply asking the question about BNSF and if they would still be subject to STB approval if they decided to buy a RR in the future under their new ownership, that's all.
I do admit I have talked about "more trains" in the past and will try to limit future discussions on that subject, but this post was NOT about that.
