That's the 20 Ton Plymouth that came from Muskegon, as already mentioned. It hasn't run in a number of years, but recently they've been working on it on and off. Walked inside it once before we had to move it into the shop, pretty beat up inside. The engine runs on propane, so it'll be interesting if and when it does get running again.
