My Dad and I are planning a "across Michigan train/car trip". The one thing is that in Bay City, the Lake State Railway yard at wilder road, do you needa release form to be able to even look or they really strict on rail fans. What would be the best way to watch the LSRC in Bay City this Tuesday??
